Tip O' The Week

Need an easier way to remove splinters for kids that just can't sit still? (Um, YEAH! of course!) Just apply a drop or two of Elmer's glue to the splinter area, let dry, then peel glue off (looks like skin) and aha, the splinter comes out too! Your child might even want to peel the glue off on their own too.

that's a fantastic tip! I'll have to throw a bottle of glue in the first aid kit :)

If you'd like them to be really still, and it can wait. Do this after they go to bed and let the spinter fairy get the credit.
My friend Debbie had her children convinced that splinters fell out in the night while they were sleeping
